Who We Are

David Adams - Host, Founder

David has spent most of his life in Washington, DC, but went to College in Ohio and is a big fan of the Midwest.  He went to Einstein High School in Maryland, and the College of Wooster.  David hails from Rockville now, and teaches High School math in Maryland.  There’s nothing he loves more than talking football, cheering for the Washington Redskins, and getting really fired up from September through February. David also loves to interrupt his fiancée’s quiet time by clapping loudly about anything that makes him excited.

Ben Milton - Host

Ben started his love affair with the NFL like many young boys by betting Little Debbie's with his friends on Eagles games. After having his heart torn out in two Broncos Super Bowl loses he swore off the NFL and stuck to professional wrestling where he found the stories more interesting and predictable.

Lured back to following the NFL because of fantasy football he realizes it's more fake then ever. He lives in a tin foil house with his wife and kids.

Addy Thomas - Host, Founder

Addy Thomas has worked in media for 10 years. While his first passion was radio drama, he loves good storytelling no matter what the format. He studied Documentary Production in Washington, DC and worked in radio for eight years. In that time he produced multiple radio programs, live events and videos and has worked in website and social media management. He was born and raised a diehard Washington Redskins fan.

Currently, he works on multiple podcasts, reads comics (and all sorts of nerdy stuff) and binges on Netflix in his spare time.

Carmen Shamwell - Producer

Carmen Shamwell is an avid sports fan and lover of all things television and movies. She grew up in DC, went to college in Michigan, and lived in New York, so her fandom is a little all-over-the place, but we let that slide.

In addition to a love of Football, Carmen loves Fantasy, Superheroes & Sci-Fi, but don’t ever ask her to choose between Star Trek or Star Wars unless you feel like getting a 2-hour lecture on why she is incapable of choosing, what the logical answer is, and why you should never ask her that question again.

Carmen drives a sweet 2006 Toyota Corolla which she loves to drive to Edgewater, Maryland to visit her boyfriend on weekends.

Jamichael Folson - Producer

Jmike is just the worst. And he roots for the Jacksonville Jaguars too. He is the inspiration behind many of the Jags jokes on the podcast.
